1. Account
You must be at least 16 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on first sign-in.
2. Your content & AI processing
Everything you upload — masters, lyrics, art, fan and contact data, brand DNA — remains yours. You grant BAKERY a limited, non-exclusive licence solely to operate the service: store it, render it back to you, run it through the modules you've enabled, and back it up.
ArtistOS is an AI-native product. By using its AI features (the ARTIE assistant, AI employees, content/page generation, classification, scoring and similar), you authorise us to send the content needed to fulfil your request to our AI sub-processors — currently OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenRouter — solely to produce the result you asked for. This can include the audiences and contacts you build in the CRM when you direct AI to act on or about them. We do not train external AI models on your content, and our providers do not train on data submitted through their APIs. The full picture is in the Privacy Policy (§3).
You are responsible for AI output. AI is generated and can be wrong, biased or inappropriate. You must review anything AI drafts — particularly messages to fans or contacts, public posts, and anything with legal, financial or contractual weight — before you act on it. AI features are tools, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for your communications and for the lawful basis on which you hold and contact your audience.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use ArtistOS to send spam, run scams, harass humans, or violate copyright you don't own.
- Only load contact/fan data you have a lawful basis to hold and contact, and honour opt-outs and applicable marketing law.
- Don't try to bypass the firewall, the 2FA gate, or the workspace-tenancy boundary.
- Don't use the AI features to generate unlawful content, to harvest personal data unlawfully, or to reverse-engineer our prompts, models or wrappers.
4. Service level
The founding cohort ships without a contractual SLA. We aim for high availability and operate the platform actively, but it is explicitly an early-access programme. AI features additionally depend on third-party providers and may be degraded or unavailable if a provider is. Major incidents are surfaced in your Command Centre and emailed to the address on file.
5. Fees
The founding cohort is currently fee-free. When billing is introduced, current cohort members will receive a written notice and a fair grace period before any fee applies. You'll always be able to export your data first.
6. Termination
Either side can terminate at any time. On termination we will provide a full data export on request and delete the workspace within 30 days. We may suspend an account immediately if it threatens the integrity of the platform, the safety of other artists, or the acceptable-use rules above.
7. Liability
ArtistOS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAKERY's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (during the fee-free period: zero, but we still take this seriously), and we are not liable for outcomes arising from AI output you chose to act on. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England & Wales unless mandatory law gives you a different right.
