1. Account
You must be at least 16 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on first sign-in.
2. Your content
Everything you upload — masters, lyrics, art, fan data, brand DNA — remains yours. You grant BAKERY a limited, non-exclusive licence solely to operate the service: store it, render it back to you, run it through the modules you've enabled, and back it up.
We will not train external AI models on your content without your explicit, granular opt-in. AI employees inside the app process your content only within your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use ArtistOS to send spam, run scams, harass humans, or violate copyright you don't own.
- Don't try to bypass the firewall, the 2FA gate, or the workspace-tenancy boundary.
- Don't reverse-engineer the AI employees to lift our prompts or wrappers.
4. Service level
Phase-1 ships without a contractual SLA. We aim for high availability and operate the platform actively, but the founding cohort is explicitly an early access programme. Major incidents are surfaced in your Command Centre and emailed to the address on file.
5. Fees
The founding cohort is currently fee-free. When billing is introduced, current cohort members will receive a written notice and a fair grace period before any fee applies. You'll always be able to export your data first.
6. Termination
Either side can terminate at any time. On termination we will provide a full data export on request and delete the workspace within 30 days. We may suspend an account immediately if it threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other artists.
7. Liability
ArtistOS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAKERY's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (during the fee-free period: zero, but we still take this seriously). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England & Wales unless mandatory law gives you a different right.
